Even the best of doctors are not worth dealing with an office full of disrespectful narcissists like Dr. Nodarse's OFFICE staff. (The nurse that works with Dr. Nodarse is kind and amazing as well). Just the office staff is a nightmare. Not worth your time.

Stay away from the West Palm Beach office. Dr. Nodarse is an excellent doctor but unfortunately, permits his staff to treat his patients like cattle. Over booking is an issue. Excessive long wait times. My first visit, I waited 1 hour before being seen, 2nd visit 25 minutes. Today, I walk in the office, there are so many patients in the waiting room no chairs, I saw 2 senior women standing by the window. I gave my phone number to the receptionist. I waited in my car for 50 minutes, came in to reschedule. She told me I was next. I returned 25 minutes later, again she claimed I was next. I told her you told me this 25 minutes ago, she called me a liar by stating 'I never said that'. I politely requested for future, to be notified when there are surgeries scheduled, over booking, in advance so I could reschedule or come in later as I have an infant and 2 other children. she coldly shifted the blame into the doctor. No, it's POOR MANAGEMENT. When I left due to her attitude, I called and spoke to Theresa the office manager. I politely explained I realize unforeseen circumstances arise but each and every time I would call and ask about wait times I am always given the same answer 'I don't know, it's up to the doctor'. When you have 7 patients sitting in an office clearly there before me, and a patient scheduled before me in for a surgery, you're 100% aware a patient will NOT be seen on time. Call the person and give the option to reschedule or come in later. It's not rocket science.
