Doesn't deserve any stars. Asked a simple question, a reference for an exotic pet vet, was told i don't know which to send you to. Sounds like she has a couple there. She hangs up on me. I call back get a bad connection and opt to call back again. Line was busy first 3 times I called back. I called again and asked if she can give me the references since fish are considered exotic pets. She told me no. I said but you said earlier you didn't know which to send me to. Then she came up with if you want to argue with someone then you can call back tomorrow morning and speak to the owner. RUDE and HORRIBLE customer service.
Used to be a great store. Its gone way down hill. I have bought a few parakeets from them, 2 have come home sick, and one died within the first couple days. Place smells and is a mess. Do not seem to care about the animals. They lost a customer. Will go somewhere else now. RIP Storm xoxo
This was my first time shopping here. My roommate and I were greeted as soon as we walked in by whom I believe was the owner (mike). I don't have enough nice things to say about him. We recently bought a 125 gallon and have been going to many different fish stores to get help and prices where we never were completely satisfied. He was so knowledgeable and had such a great personality. We were laughing the whole time we shopped. THANK YOU mike and your team. I have been in the neighborhood for over 15 yrs now and have been to this pet shop very few times and every time I try to give it the benefit of the doubt they prove that this shop shouldn't be in business it never has the products I'm looking for or they are over priced none the less Wal-Mart down the block with a larger and more affordable selection it's unfortunate cause I rather give a small establishment my business but they have to keep up with the needs of consumers. Like dog diapers are much needed for females while they are in menstruation.
Mike and staff have taken care of my birds on several occasions and I'm impressed with his knowledge of birds and their care. I have also purchased a couple of parakeets there which have been healthy (as opposed to a previous review). I plan to keep frequenting this pet store.
