You get pull over by going over the limit but even with a clean record not even a chance .come on man.

PSPD speed all the time on Davis Road. And on the access road to the Village Park. Speed Limit 10 MPH. Even when they are not on a call. I feel I almost got run over by them more than a couple times. Over 40 cops in a mild crime city? They often provide security for the Wal-Mart at Tax Payer expense. 1/2 the Village Council and Police Department should probably be arrested themselves. The only reason I give them 3 stars is that they captured a thief at my Neighbor Home about 2 years ago after 17 break in's.
